Chief Executive Officer
Will McLeod is the Chief Executive Officer of Parasphere Solutions, a veteran-owned company he founded in 2024 to deliver cost-effective, high-impact software development solutions. Will proudly served for nine years in both the United States Marine Corps and United States Army, and continues to serve as a commissioned officer in the Army Reserve following his transition from active duty in 2020. His career spans federal and state government roles, giving him a broad perspective and the adaptability to tackle complex, mission-driven challenges. With a strong academic foundation in management and a strategic mindset shaped by military leadership, Will brings clarity, discipline, and a collaborative spirit to every engagement. Under his leadership, Parasphere Solutions has grown into a trusted partner for public and private sector clients seeking modern, scalable technology solutions.
Chief Technical Officer
Zach Bennett serves as Chief Technical Officer at Parasphere Solutions, bringing extensive experience in full-stack software engineering and system architecture. After serving as a paratrooper in the United States Army, Zach transitioned into the tech industry, where he led development teams across a range of platforms and industries. His technical portfolio includes scalable backend systems, responsive front-end interfaces, and robust API integrations. Zach is also well-versed in modern UI/UX principles, ensuring that user-facing applications are both intuitive and high-performing. Most recently, he has focused on leveraging large language models (LLMs) to enhance automation, data analysis, and user interaction. He combines tactical precision with engineering discipline to deliver reliable, elegant solutions—on time and built to last.
